I continiously cannot find Nutriphase Dog Food (big bag) in any Pick 'n Pay store since you have repackaged your dog food because there is never any stock. I have found this in a number of stores that I frequent and land up running from store to store looking for dog food. We have been feeding our dogs on Nutriphase for the last ten years and we cannot just change their diet hap hazardly as and when we can get the dog food that we use. I have no idea what the shortage is and another thing is that when I find the dog food there is only one flavour for medium dogs, a bit boring for the dogs. I have now attempted to phone your customer care line just to hold on forever for someone to answer the phone and when they do eventually answer I am put through to someone that does not answer their phone and I hold on forever again. Eventually someone answers the phone and tells me that she is the receptionist and the buyer that I was put through to is not answering so she will put me through to his secretary and I again hold on forever. I eventually put the phone down and have resorted to Hello Peter!
