Poor Customer Care/No Feed back

Sales rep made me wait 45 minutes while he and store manager started a meeting while they knew I was there to conduct a transaction, finance staff did not revert to acknowledge receipt of documents, I had to, then they lost half of the documents, when I went to sign the agreement all was fine, when I followed up about the delivery date and time the next day, I was informed that the lease I supplied was not good enough, I had to then supply another copy, only to find out Fin staff did not print the lease properly, the stock supply became an issue. Thursday morning I requested Saturday delivery, Friday afternoon got informed this was not possible, part shipment will was arranged for monday 5pm, monday 9am the truck arrives at my adress while no one is home. The balance of the stock was supposed to be confirm by Victor on monday morning, when I phoned him about the delivery truck he said he can not speak to me as he was in school, which then also means he had no intention of following up the balance of the stock delievry as he would not be in the office on monday morning.
The store manager had undertaken to "make all this up" to me; I have yet to hear how he proposes to do that.
