Please tell me if I mean anything as a customer o

My name is Agnes Linoko and I have an account with the above mentioned shop. In December I had the most devastating experience when i lost my handbag which had my ID, and all the clothing accounts that i have. I have since acquired a temporary ID and on several occasions i have gone to the branch in Dobsonvile to buy my daughter who does not have school shoes a pair but i was unfortunately turned away since i am using a temp card. I was really shocked since this was the only store that refused to take the temp card as the bank was also able to assist with my temp card. Is it because it is a store in the location and they dont trust the people in the location? This really does not make sense. What if it takes a year for me to get a green bar coded ID?
