Shocking service

I went to the newly opened House & Home in Kimberley to purchase a queen size bed and a fridge. The first hiccup came when not even the warehouse manager/stock controller knew what was present in his warehouse.
A sales assistant, Lee-Roy, contacted us back late the Thursday afternoon to inform us both items are in stock and we could come purchase the items the following day.
When we arrived to pay for the goods as arranged we then get told in the meantime the fridge has been sold to another customer. Poor service again!
After speaking to the store manageress she promised to contact us back within 10 minutes. Needless to say we never received the promised call and went back to the store the following Monday.
This time the store manageress promised to order the goods with delivery scheduled for the latest Saturday morning. Oncer again an empty promise was made as no delivery has been made as yet.
Thanks to the shockingly poor service received from House & Home in Kimberley I still cannot live in the place i just moved into.
If a shops opens its door for the first time in a town with such poor customer service, it might as well close its doors.
