During the morning of 25 June i lodged a complaint at HelloPeter regarding the said Family Provider Plan that after several attempts to cancel it in store and a written cancellation to Edgars Head office it still reflected on my monthly bill. the following response to my HelloPeter complaint were received "
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Cancelling one of your financial products on your account should not be so difficult we must apologise for this frustration. A formal complaint has been logged and escalated to the relevant department for cancellation. You will be contacted shortly to confirm cancellation. Your reference number is 2606130033/GO" and that was the final??? Guess what? i received a bill saturday and the Family Provider Plan is still there!!! WHAT NOW? COULD IT BE THAT EDGARS WANT ME TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT WITH THEM TO STOP R32.80 MONTHLY FOR SOMETHING I DO NOT WANT OR WHAT???
