When I received my statement from edgars I noticed that there was two policies taken out in my name. I phoned the customer care just to find out that someone took out these policies in Kerkstreet at Edgars shoes. I have never been there in my life. The call centre agent told said that the only thing they can do is cancel the policy. But my concern is that someone out there took out a policy in my name and I have been paying for it for the past 5 months, without edgars notifying me. How do you take out a policy without prove of identification. Edgars response only was that it will be investigated. Still haven't heard anything about the serious and troubling matter.
