Last Sunday I posted a complaint on facebook about a pair of high waist jeans & plastic sandals bought from Mr Price. Firstly, I bought the jeans & the sandals, I fitted them at the store, & they were ok. I threw the plastic with the receipt because I thought I wasn't going to need them since the items fitted and were ok.
I wore the jeans first & when I started walking a distance of about 2 minutes, I noticed that the side stitching was moving over to the middle of the leg, the jeans are scew & there's no doubt about that, even the tailor I went to confirmed that. Then the sandals..they are both printed size 6 on the top, I wore them to the mall & I could feels some terrible discomfort & pain between my toes (where the thong goes)... I double checked the shoes when I got home - one of the shoes was printed size 8 beneath it.
I am not happy with your items and your service. Apparently my complaint was escalated to some manager, that manager has not bothered to contact me. As per CPA: Consumers are entitled to receive goods or services that are of good quality, in good working order and free of any defects, clearly Mr Price does not comply with the CPA & should be reported.
