I received a pair of Adidas sandals as a gift but in da wrong size so I returned it at edgars bluff but they didn't have the right size either, the lady that assisted me informed me that Edgars Pavillion was the only store in DURBAN that have the sizes I'm looking for, she issued me with a gift card even tho the sandals was bought cash. When I went 2 Edgars today to purchase the sandals there were only a size 8 available and none of the other stores in DURBAN or the rest of the country has stock. So I asked that they refund me in cash because nowhere in the group they can find me da sandal I'm looking for. The sportswear department manager at the store jus keep telling me that they can't give cash back for a gift card even tho they can't give me what I'm looking for. I even asked if I can buy something with the gift card and jus return it to receive the cash and he told me that can never be done. So what I'm I to do with a gift card from a store that don't have anything I want.
