I went to edgars promenade 2day to open an edgars account. Natasha assisted me and she was great. However, she called through to financial services and they declined my application. The reason 'my manager told them to decline it and my manager does not know who i am'. I called my manager and he advised that he confirmed my tenure, however he was unable to confirm my salary and id no. As he was not at the office and didnt hav access to that info at hand. either my manager is lying or the call centre agent or the clark at edgars. I think my application has been unfairly declined. I jst thnk the call centre agent was to lazy to follow up. Can someone compitent pls contact me and help me with my application. There should b no reason why it should be declined. Thanks in advance.
