I took an account sony sound system and LG tv i went to wharehouse to pick them up on the 10.04.2013 i never got a contract for the account, i went to morkels to ask for it they told me to wait they checking i left went the next day still not there, went back found julia she told me she will do it told her i dont have time will come back the next day went back after a week when i got the insted of her giving me the contract she called the person i took the account from where the contract is all this time waisting my time and petrol driving to morkels they were not doing anything, i left on Saturday she called me asking if i'm the one who wanted to open the account with them i was so angry i dropped the call.i'm angry and i'm not going to pay an account i dont have a contract of and they should notdebit my account until they sort out my contract and i'mnot going back to pick it up they need to make a plan on how i get it as i wasted a lot of petrol and they not paying me for that.i've been patient with them they made me fill in their documents the next day they asked me to come back as the person was assisting was still new and didnt do everything it was not my problem.pls fix this.
