This will be my second run in with this branch of Total Sports. I broke the hinge on my Adidas sunglasses and needed a new hinge ordered. Very simple request.

I bought a new pair at your Riverside mall branch in Nelspruit and was informed by the sales agent that I can just bring the old pair for them to get the frame number for ordering the new hinge on my current pair of sunglasses. Seeing as I am living in Centurion I thought I'd rather order the hinge from my local branch.
No help at all from this branch at the Mall@Reds. First when I asked about fixing the sunglasses I got a blank stare. Then after a phone call by your employee she informed me they can only send the sunglasses away to get repaired. After I questioned this seeing as I only need the hinge that I can replace myself, I was told to go to SpecSavers where they can order the hinge. For your information they do not stock Adidas sunglasses.

I left your shop without being helped, for the second time. I do travel to Mpumalanga regularly and will be ordering the hinge from the Riverside branch, seeing as they know what they are doing.

And please do not try and contact me about this issue, I'm not interested.
