Two weeks ago I completed the eye test and ordered a pair of spectacles. The lady helping me advised that they had no stock of sunglasses for the promotion and it would be available when I collected my spectacles. I collected my specs last week and was told the sunglasses would arrive at the store by that Friday. It has now been 2 weeks since my initial visit to the branch and still no word from them regarding the sunglasses. I don't understand how they could be running a promotion with no stock in the first place. I tried calling the branch numerous times today and cannot get through. Please assist so that I may get my sunglasses before winter!
