I purchased a H7 headlamp about a year ago. Whilst working in the bush the hinge on the H7 broke. As I was not near a repair center I was forced to repair the lamp myself by fitting a brass hinge where the hinge had broken. This saved the day and I used the H7 everyday. I recently took the H7 to Cape Union Mart in Centurion Mall and the manager who after being unable to convince the regional representative to replace the headlamp, suggested I contact Awesome Tools for assistance. I sent them an e-mail with photos of my H7 and asked that they reconsider replacing or upgrading the H7. Gavin promptly responded with a refreshingly positive e-mail informing me that he had arranged a replacement H7 with Danie, the manager at Cape Union Mart Centurion. I visited Cape Union Mart on Sunday and Danie exchanged the H7 for a new one. This was super service which I appreciate immensely! Thank you again!
