TERRIBLE SERVICE AND DISGUSTING QUALITY OF GOODS

I HAVE JUST RECENTLY RELOCATED FROM DURBAN TO CAPE TOWN. IN FEBRUARY 2013 I MADE A PURCHASE OF A WHOLE LOT OF GOODS AT THE DURBAN BRANCH AND HAD THEM DELIVERED FROM THE CAPE TOWN WAREHOUSE TO MY NEW ADDRESS IN THE CAPE. I PAID FOR THESE ITEMS IN CASH. AT THE BEGINNING OF APRIL I CALLED RUSSELLS AND COMPLAINED THAT THE 2 ROXY COUCHES THAT I HAD PURCHASED WAS OF VERY POOR QUALITY. THE MATERIAL HAD STARTED TO THIN N GET UGLY AND THE COLOUR OF WAS NOW RUNNING AND MY WALLS WERE GETTING RED. THE BRANCH MANAGER IN DURBAN LOGGED A COMPLAIN AND I ALSO ASKED FOR A NUMBER TO CALL IN CAPE TOWN. THE CAPE TOWN WAREHOUSE TOLD ME THAT WOULD CONTACT GOMMA GOMMA AND GET BACK TO ME. UP UNTIL TODAY THERE HAS BEEN NO NEW FROM THEM I HAVE CALLED ON SO MANY OCCASSIONS AND RECEIVED NO JOY. I ACTUALLY PURCHASED A NEW COUCH NOW AND I WANT THEM TO TAKE THEIR TERRIBLE COUCHES BACK AND REFUND MY MONEY. THE LADY AT THE WAREHOUSE SAYS TO ME THAT I NEED TO SORT THAT OUT TWITH THE BRANCH WHERE I PURCHASED. I HAVE ALREADY SPENT SO MUCH OF MONEY ON PHONE CALLS TO THEM NOW THEY EXPECT ME TO SPEND MORE. REALLY DISGUSTED AND JUST WANT MY REFUND.
