A week ago i visited Saxby Spar, when i went to the cashier with all my goods i asked her for Marlboro Menthol's and she just stared at me and shouted to the lady behind the kiosk that was busy as it was a Saturday afternoon, she didn't't make an attempt to go fetch the cigarettes so i went to go fetch them, not even a thank you for doing my job. Then today i went again, when i got to the cashier, (the shop was not busy at all and three of two of them were just sitting at there stations and one standing doing nothing), i put my goods down and asked again for a packet of cigarettes, she just looked at me and said "go to kiosk", so i asked her "are you not going to help me? " and she just said "no". The manager was just sitting in his little box and not doing anything while his useless staff are treating the loyal clients like. Please put a sign outside that says - "WE MAKE ENOUGH MONEY, WE DON'T FEEL LIKE HELPING YOU RIGHT NOW, PLEASE CALL AGAIN LATER"
I am sick of this kind of service that i receive every time, if they don't want to do the job give it to someone else.
