After extremely poor service from Vodacom Customer Services I took my iphone to Incredible Connection where the phone was purchased originally. Store Manager Gustav Venter went the extra mile by promising to send my phone back for reassessment and have feedback for me within a week. He not only kept his promise and contacted me before the end of the week but also negotiated with his seniors and in so doing agreed to replace my phone and that the store would carry the cost. Kudos to Incredible Connection for solving the problem within days and for providing a solution to my problem. It should be noted that the phone was still under warranty but Vodacom had no qualms in quoting me an excessive amount to have it replaced.
