Middle March we bought a Sally Bonded Leather Extra Length Queen bed from Decofurn Fourways.
In May the bed broke on the left hand side, and we got them to exchange it since there was "a weak spot" on the wood,
2 weeks ago, the new bed also broke on the left hand side, in exactly the same manner. This cannot be a weak spot in the bed again.
I told them I want my money back so I can go to a new store and buy another bed, but they are unable to do a refund, without stating why.
This product is six months old and has broken twice, I don't want to replace it again, I want to go buy a quality bed!
