Oken furniture - Decofurn refuses to help me

I am a customer of Deco furn Northring as I own an establishment that re-sells furniture. I am currently sitting with 3 broken beds which they are refusing to assist me with. The beds were bought last year April, June and September 2012. I have been to the shop in Northriding for over 1 month now to get assistance but no one seems to be willing to do so. In the latest of my attemps to get the bed parts replaced or fixed I met on 24 Jan 2013 with the regional manager responsible Cornel. Yesterday in front of his staff, instead of offering me assistance he intimidated me calling me all sorts of names and refused to listen to me regarding my issue with the broken beds. He did not once sit down and try to resolve my problem, I begged and pleaded with him to calm down and assist me.

To this day Deco Furn northriding under the poor leadership of Cornerl has been unable to allow me the opportunity to claim assistance for beds that I bought that broke. I have bought over 100 beds from them and unfortunately, every time I was there, there are people returning broken furniture I myself have returned over 20 before, the quality is very poor, as the furniture is made of chip board.
