I bought a bed and base set from Decofurn Factory Shop, Northriding in February of this year.
After having the bed collapse twice, I decided that I would invoke the one year warranty and have the base replaced. I contact Decofurn last week Tuesday and again several times via both telephone and email over the course of the week. They requested that I send a picture of the damage, to save them the trouble of having to drive two kilometres to my home, which I have done.
Yesterday, after over a week of sleeping on the floor as a result of Decofurn's lack of service, I received a telephone call saying that they are aware of my problem but will "get back to me".
This is unacceptable. A bed is not a small, irrelevant purchase and I expect Decofurn to hold good on their promise of warranty. 9 days and counting, Decofurn. Pathetic.
