A few weeks ago I purchased a Wii Fishing game with rod. I get home to find that the rod was broken. I return the next day, return the product and get a more expensive one assuming the quality would be better. I get home and find it is also broken. I have to go back to the shop the next day to be faced with a manager who refunded my money but to my complaints of having to continuously come back to the shop at my own expense were responses such as "and what would you like me to do about it? " and "you should have checked the merchandise before you left the shop". My mistake, I assumed that a reputable shop can be trusted to sell unbroken products in sealed boxes, and that there branch manager would understand what consumer relationship management is.
