Poor quality of goods & terrible service

I purchased couches for over R20k early 2012. They have been collected at my house for repairs for more than 3 times for the same problem. The last collection I was informed by the driver that it would take 6 working days, to date I have NOT received my couches. I then contacted the 0861 71 72 73 number where I spoke to a guy by the name of Daaryl/Darryn who promised to get back to me in an hour, 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for him to give me feedback. I have left millions of message for someone senior than this Darryn/Darryl to get back at me & And was eventually contacted by Nicky who also is full of!! I was given a number by reception (0721810054) I was informed that this person is a regional manager. I have phoned left messages on this number to date I have NOT feedback.
I'm sent this Rochester Director to refund my money as I am highly frustrated about their product & and; more annoyed by the service provided by this company. I was promised that i would be contacted ∧ have had nothing from this company!
