Damaged goods and goods not delivered

Ordered couches in September 2013, paid the deposit the same day. Supposed delivery of 6 - 8 weeks. Before we were informed that the goods are ready for delivery we've made the final payment. Goods were only delivered on 4 January 2014, one chair damaged and send back immediately. After inspection another couch had a scratch on the leather and a nick on the cushion. Reported it immediately to the branch. Branch said they will follow up but instead I have to call them all the time. Eventually the warehouse manager inspected my couches at my house and indicated it will be collected for repairs. The collection date was confirmed with Joel on two occasions, I sat at home for a whole Friday and nobody pitched. Contacted the warehouse manager, he promised that someone will return my call within 15-20 minutes, NOTHING happened. Only got a call at 18:00 in the evening, I clearly stated it must be before 15:00 as I've got other commitments. To date NOTHING has happened!!! They can come and collect their couches whenever and I WANT MY MONEY BACK. This is also in contravention with the CPA. BAD BAD BAD SERVICE.
