First of all never received the couches as promised waited 7 weeks for them to deliver, when the new couches arrived they were not put together correctly, for the price i paid it was terrible, i had to log a claim so i could get another lounge suite on Monday (11/2/13) i received the new lounge suite the sales person that sold it to me Ronald was suppose to come and check to see if it is correct< i called him the morning said he would come out once they have been delivered, today is the 18/2/13 and no one has called or come to check the couches, i would actually like to give the whole set back, their service is really bad, the lady that completes the application form is just as bad does not even know thru which bank they operate.
