I phoned Bjorn at the Grove to check if they had stock of a specific laptop that I was looking for. He assured me that there were one left and that I would keep if aside for me. When we arrived I checked the box and discovered that it was not new but a returned faulty model. Bjorn sincerely apologized and told me that the person who logged the fault didn't follow the procedure and didn't take the model of the shelf. The manager, Tshepo and Bjorn apologized again and then made it up to me, big time!!! They made sure that the inconvenience caused was compensated for.

I was stunned at the service and the extra mile they were willing to walk for me. I appreciated everything they did for me. I got my laptop and I am super happy with it. The service was excellent and I would recommend anyone to go there and ask for Bjorn. Thank you very very much!! You are a wonderful branch!!
