Whenever I purchase anything on my account I do so over 6 months and make a point of telling the cashier before my goods are rung up.i have been managing my account well but tfg now sees the need to act in bad faith. i have purchased 2 cellphones in may 2013 and was told that i can only take it over 12 months, to my dismay and desperation i eventually agreed but i knew i would pay it off much quicker than 12 months. i paid the cellphones off within 2 months yet there is still an enormous balance on my account and after speaking to various people within accounts i still have no idea what i am paying for and the people in accounts has no interest to break things down instead they tell me i have bought goods in January on 12 months and iv only paid the 6 months plan and nothing on the 12 months plan. i am annoyed and will contact ncr and the consumer protector cause all they telling me is to pay but i don't know what im paying and i sure as did not purchase on 12 months. today i was also told that cellphones can be bought on 6 months the store had to call the head office to activate the cellphone plan.im annoyed and think i should approach the media as well.
