Just shortly - its have been many times that my account is on 12 months and I asked how many times to be on 24 months so that I can afford the repayment. I did complain previously and an guy from foshini group corrected it for me, but since then its still the same. When I go to the store and buy something they always have an issue to put it on 24 months according to them they only have 12 months. Like I said before foshini do have a 24 month plan and do advertise all over even on pampflets then it would be false advertising. This months payment was almost R700 and that is just back to the start when I complaint about it, can someone just put my account on 24 months and keep it like that, why is it so difficult to do that I asked it before and now I must asked it over and over again, if I want it on 24 months then I want it like that I'm the one who is paying my account and I always have a problem with them, the servise there and they do not even know their stock in the shop, I ask a lady about a product I always buy she said no its out of stock, when I walk to the rack - there it was, but she said it was out of stock.. What do they know? You can check I did complain before
