I have opened my account in 2010 and purchased 1 item (TV) on a 24 months term. even now am still paying the interest of 24 months term.
How long does it take to pay interest of a 24 months term. I tried to call the head office several times they tell me Stories that there was a mistake they will get back to me but even to today am still waiting. the call ref. no.130520002854.
i was put on hold while the assistant was asking some1 at the backround what to say to me and i was not happy with the whole phone service i got and she gave me her word that they will call me back till today
