March this year when i went to pay my account at Mr Price Sunnypark, i asked the cashier to shift me from 6 months payment plan to 12 months plan because the interest are the same and she confirmed she did. If it useless to be on 6 months with same interest rate as 12 months plan. I have been receiving the statements with 6 months and tried to liaise with the of which i completed a form in Mr Price Brooklyn and been sending emails with no avail. First they should work on their bad attitude and if their staff members are incompetent it is not a customers problem
