Accounts DPT messed up!

(I just held on for 8 minutes to 021 938 7666, was cut off, and then I held on for another 9 minutes where I gave up - one ring - please hold on - one ring, please hold on...)

I have had numerous problems with my account. Had this account since I was a young girl - and never had so much problems with ONE account in my life...

I ALWAYS buy EVERYTHING over 12 months, reason: I know how much I can spend and I know how much I can repay - PROBLEM: you guys always get my account wrong.

Take my balance of R3580.40 and devide it over 12 months as per my wish and my account = R298.37. (add a few cents for interest etc) My account states I owe you R500.00 per month AND IS IN ARREARS WITH R100.00 I had to pay on Thursday at the branch - TOTAL BS if you ask me. Now I have a total due of R600.00.

Last time I complained about this, the call center lady told me the accounts gets like this on purpose so it encourages people to pay their accounts off quicker!!! I mean - what is that all about??? If I wanted a 6 months interest free (installment I am paying currently otherwise I am threatened that I will get handed over) then I would have opt for it.
