Incorrect Balance

Sat 01/06 I phoned Woolworths Fin Serv. to query the big balance on this acc as this was to be fully paid by March 2013 as I have not missed any payments. A payment was taken in April as well and I still had this big balance on this loan left. I spoke to Zoliswa and she was not able to help and was going to call me back on Monday. I did not received this call and no one called me back re this query.
On Wed 05/06 I phoned again and spoke to Shafieka, she also could not assist and transferred me to Annie - who said she can't understand as I am supposed to be done with this loan. She was going to pull out my profile and we got cut off. However she does not even have the decency to call me back.
On Fri 07/06 I phoned again and once again wasted my time and money because not Fizeka, Kim or Gerard could help me. Gerard also could not understand why I have this balance as he could see that every debit order was paid. He advised me that he was going to ask the manager on the loans to give me a call back. no call
On Saturday 8th June 2013 Nawaal called and also can't understand and said she was going to phone me on Mon the 10/06. NO call of course. They deducted again 10/06 for this loan.
