I have my account for two years, paying for the club card and its benefits but have not received it to date. Logged this complaint and got a reference number in December 2012 and after repeated emails, no one responds. I have not even gotten a statement this whole time so I'm expected to dream what is my balance due every month! Why am I paying for a club card then? And what are they going to do about everything I have missed out on in the past two years because of their incompetence? Why give people a reference number if you do not act on it? This company is very quick to tell you that your payment is late for instance but overlooks their shabby customer service!
