Edgars is taking forever to give me feedback on my insurance claim or my phone that was on the 31 December 2012 yet are so quick to call you and telling you that that the account payment is overdue. I bought a blackberry with the Edgar's account at CNA I december for abou R3000, it got lost and am still waiting for the feedback meanwhile my account is overdue for something I do not even have,

Please can I have my phone replaced already
