Was committed when a person was allowed to purchase airtime on my account with Edgars. I have reported it many months ago and has since then tried to get feedback despite the fact that their so called department told me they think they know who the culprit is. I once again tried to contact this department situated in Johannesburg. You just cannot get through to them. I finally reported my frustration on their website and at their request supplied the necessary info they asked for. Two weeks later now and they have disappeared again. Their service is absolutely pathetic and shocking!
