Sent on 03-06-2013 I am so off with what you guys are doing to customers. On 21 May your consultants Vusi called me to tell me I have won a hamper all I have to pay is R2775 of which he took the money from my credit card. On 24 May I received the order which was not what we have agreed upon (incorrect stuff). I called your office to address the issue, in fact I told them to collect the goods and pay back my money. On 30 May they came to collect the goods. I have made several follow ups to get my money back since I have returned the goods. On 03 June Mogadi Makwati called me to tell me I can't get my money back because of the 7 day refund policy. Please pay my money because I made you aware of the order as soon as I receive it, I don't know why I have to go through this.
