THEY STILL REFUSE TO PAY BACK MY MONEY

The matter has still not been resolved, I'm back to square one! They are now coming with new stories, blaming the warehouse, convincing me to get the voucher or re-send the order... I am not interested in their games all I want is my money!!! I have returned their goods on time still sealed, can I get my money now...
Sent on 03-06-2013 I am so off with what you guys are doing to customers. On 21 May your consultants Vusi called me to tell me I have won a hamper all I have to pay is R2775 of which he took the money from my credit card. On 24 May I received the order which was not what we have agreed upon (incorrect stuff). I called your office to address the issue, in fact I told them to collect the goods and pay back my money. On 30 May they came to collect the goods. I have made several follow ups to get my money back since I have returned the goods. On 03 June Mogadi Makwati called me to tell me I can't get my money back because of the 7 day refund policy. Please pay my money because I made you aware of the order as soon as I receive it, I don't know why I have to go through this.
