Taking advantage of an elderly loyal custome

September 2012 my mother was pressurised into buying goods that she did not want. She has been complaining about it ever since but Homemark is refusing to refund her money back. Taking advantage of an elder person. On top of it she has another order that she also bought last year and the goods have not been delivered. Poor service at its best. Homemark does not value their customers. They think that they are above the law and they can take advantage of the elderly. even if its a loyal customer, they don't care. They are ruthless like that. what is worse another agent just recently called her selling her whatever it is. so they actually just want to take money from her. Do they think that she has a money growing tree? All they want is just her money' it does not matter at what cost. While homemark is growing, my mother is worried everyday about her money and its causing her a lot of stress that she has to even consult. so actually they are not only taking her money but her life as well. Homemark is making money by taking for the poor the little that they have.
