I purchased R21310 worth of goods. At the till their system shows declined but I receive sma that the money has gone of my Credit Card. I get told to wait it will reverse now. After 15 minutes I start to ask if we cant phone to get this resolved. The branch do not have a clue how to handle this. After 11/2 hour I am at my bank myself to try and resolve. Got told by Dion wired to wait 48 hours.
They are trying to help but obviously have no clue how to resolve it.
