I purchased a jacket on the Cape Union Mart Online shopping website on Tuesday 04/06/2013. On Thursday 06/06/2013 I called the call centre to cancel my order. Todate I have not received any REFUND. Upon calling and emailing their call centre, I kept getting told that they are busy processing the refund, but each day I keep checking my bank and still no refund.
It was my first experience to buy online with Cape Union Mart and to have received such service like this, I would never shop online again.
