No Delivery and Damaged Stock

I ordered 2x Black Satin Pillowcases in November 2012. I received them but the one pillow case fell apart due to very bad workmanship. I informed Carryn about this who imformed me that she was aware and would send a replacement.

After many e-mails and attempted phonecalls which she does not return, i finally got hold of her only to be told that it was sent off. Funny, cause i have never received a tracking number for it. After some more e-mails and phone calls, i finally get hold of Carryn again to be told she will get back to me when she is back in the office. I am still waiting for her to get back to me.

Very disappointed as there is now another deal in CityClicker but can she be trusted to deliver this time...
