1. On the 2nd of June 2013 I went to Shoprite in Siyabuswa Mall to do a little bit of shopping. When I had to pay, I was shocked to find big trolley in the Express Section and I went and asked the people in charge. They told me they can go till for me and i said can't they make sure Express tills remain just that. I did'nt want special treatment. They assured me it will be taken care of.
2. On the 17th June 2013, at around 11 I was at shoprite again. As I was packing my groceries, I realised that I was billed R79.99 instead of R69.99 which was written on the product. When I asked the controller why I was charged a price which is different from what was put on the product, She said it was not her fault and neither the Teller's. She said it always happens and it is the fault of the people who price these items at night. She told me I have to wait 10minutes for her manager to resolve it. A few minutes later, a groceries supervisor emerges and sorts it out. Through all of these no apology or whatsoever was given and they behaved as if I was being uneasy for no reason.
