No Delivery

I placed an order on Cityslicker for a set of satin pillowcases 0n 14 June 2013, as noted in my CitySlicker account the order was validated on the 21 June 2013 (but no tracking number was received). Delivery was to have taken place after 14-21 days. Once this period of time had elapsed I then queried this non delivery with CitySlicker, who in turn contacted Carryns Linen. She promised to process the order and send a tracking number through to me. It is now the 30 July 2013 and there has been no response to my e-mails nor phone calls.

So annoying as this was bought as a gift for a friend!
