After emailing, complaining, and reporting the incident on Hello Peter, I finally got a response from Cityslickers to say that are unable to get hold of the supplier (the one who sent me the wrong thing because she had 2 orders with the same surname, then never sent me the right stuff and then ignored me from then on), and that they would refund my money into my bank account. I requested it be done sooner, given the bad service already received, but they said 7 - 11 working days, which I eventually agreed to. It has now been about 20 working days, and I have not received my refund. I emailed them AGAIN, and have not had a response. To add insult to injury, today they advertised the same deal with Carryn's Linen today, as well as a bigger one, so clearly they are able to contact her. Shame on Cityslickers, and shame on Carryn's Linen for taking advantage of innocent buyers!! This behaviour really is disgusting - all I wanted was a resolution.
