In November 2012 I ordered two Gordon Ramsey Pans, spending over R1000 and now in February 2013 I have still not received them. After multiple phone calls and e-mails I have still had no success in receiving my products that I have paid for. When speaking to a consultant she first told me that they were "out of stock and could not tell me when they would get stock". Then after waiting on hold for 5 minutes, she promised me the pans would arrive on Monday, latest, Friday. Now two weeks later, surprise, surprise, still no pans. Interestingly, they are STILL advertising these products in their latest deals even though they may or may not have stock. This kind of service is unacceptable and I hope to one day receive my pans.
