So I have bought 2 hydration packs from cape union mart but only realized after n bought them that they do not have bladders inside and thus would not work for me. I phoned the online shop and spoke to Amanda which said that it is not a problem and i would be refunded. It has been a week after i sent the first mail and still have not heard anything from them. At this point i don't really care if they send the hydration packs, as i have bought separate bladders, or refund me i just want something to happen..
