A retailer that readily replaced a damaged jacket

As I walked into Canal Walk for a meeting, the zipper of my newly purchased car jacket from Cape Union Mart (Somerset West), got stuck. After my meeting, I went to the Cape Union Mart shop and explained the problem. I did not have the original purchase slip with me (since I did not expect the jacket zip - a double zip which also allows opening from the bottom - to get stuck). Nevertheless, the staff willingly swapped the jacket for a new one off the shelf where the zipper worked properly.
