I went to Festival Edgars store to change the size of the shirt that i bought at the store. i bought size 41 instead of 39 and i was not helped because i didn't have my card with me even though i had the slip and the Items had not been opened and all this led to my card been blocked because they suspect i'm trying to them even though i had provided all my personal details including my ID
