I got a mango top as a gift from edgars... so i did not have the slip.
when i went to exchange it for a different size the lady refused to exchange it regardless of the fact that the company policy states that "items may be exchanged provided they are in the same condition they are bought and the tag is still attached" - Besides the fact that this was a mango top it was bought from edgars and therefore should be allowed to be exchanged at an edgars and fall under the same exchange policy.
The top was in the same condition that it was bought in and the tag was still attached... all i needed was to exchange it..there was nothing wrong with the top nor was i requesting anything special from edgars. This is a simple exchange request and was in line with the company policy!!!
