Arrogant Store Manage

I wanted the store to print out a receipt of items I had purchased in March 2013 as I wanted to exchange a top that I bought from Edgars Killarney Mall with shoes I saw in Edgars South Gate Mall but I did not have a price tag or till slip, but the top is still in a very condition as I had not worn it, so the store manager said they cant give me another slip as they had given me the first time but not for the second time, i still have the top with me but i don't know what to do with it as I could not be helped, and I bought the top on my Edgars account.
