Ought a dress beging of year from store only decieded to use it 2 months later then noticed the side seam of dress was not sewn together took it to store the manager told he cannot accept it cos they have only 30 days in witch to return it i told him i understand that law but there is a problem with the garment as u can see this was not worn and u can see it was not sewn together he says he cant help me i need to phone customer care i asked to use there phone he says no i then told him i will contact hello peter he then says i could use the phone i told no i contacted customer care they told i must take it back for a credit so i did then they tried to do it they told its not going threw i told them thers the slip the swing tag you can go on system n check they say cos its not ficad they cant help me the acc is on my husbands name i have secondary card i even gave my id still no joy wat do i do now
