Lack of staff, poor work ethic and poor service

I went into food lovers market two days ago, late for work and in a hurry. I went up to the hot food area to get a cooked chicken and one staff member was having a fat chat with one of the cleaners... I waited 10 minutes before going to the smoothie table to get that instead. There was nobody there, only a cleaner who didn't seem interested at all when I asked her to get somebody's attention to come help me. She proceeded to pick up a dirty smoothie machine and ask me what I wanted. I pointed to a certain kind and she started making something else completely different. When I tried to correct her she was rude and sarcastic. I left there without anything and I will never go back
